Q Are you trading company or manufacturer ?

A We are both manufacture and trading company
Q Where is your factory located?

A Our factory is located in Huangyan, Taizhou city,Zhejiang Province, china.60 minutes from Taizhou airport by car, 20 minutes from train station to our factory.
Q How to go to your factory?

A By fight,bus or train .2 hours flight from Guangzhou to Taizhou ; 2.5 hours train from shanghai To Taizhou ; 3 hours bus from Yiwu to Taizhou.
Q How about quality control in your factory?

A We believe "Quality is the best work task". There are professional QC team to control the quality included Design Optimize control; Mould steel hardness line ,Mould assembly inspection; Mould trial report and samples inspection ; Final inspection for mould & packing before shipment.
Q What kind of mould can you make?

A We can make all kinds of household mould , crate mould , preform mould ,cap mould and baby car molds . We can suggest you the proper cavity number as per your injection machines sizes.
Q What's your payment method?

A By T/T, L/C, CASH, Western Union, PAYPAL, alipay or alibaba pay .
Q How long of your mould delivery time?

A Its takes 6-10 weeks to have the mould manufactured depending on the mould structure and the number of cavity (single or multi) after you approved our 2D & 3D. The delivery time should be calculated from the date you approved our mould drawing. We can ship your plastic mold with 1 week after you confirmed our final samples.
Q How about the after-sales service ?

A Based on 2 years warranty for the mold with accessories ( in addition to the damage caused by human factors ). Normally if long time work together then the service will no stopped.
